1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "b9ga" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at https://b9ga.app, including all associated sub-pages, services, tools, and features made available to registered users.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses b9ga in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on b9ga.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, casino, promotional, and ancillary services offered by b9ga.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered to Players by b9ga under specific promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process b9ga uses to confirm that a Player meets eligibility requirements.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the currency in which b9ga processes financial transactions on this platform.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which access to or use of b9ga's Services is unlawful or restricted by applicable law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing b9ga, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and b9ga.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using b9ga and close your Account. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility

To register and use b9ga, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are aged 21 years or older. b9ga enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years in accordance with responsible gaming standards.
• You are a natural person, not a corporation, trust, partnership, or any other non-individual legal entity.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not accessing b9ga from a Prohibited Territory.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from b9ga or had an Account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, or officer of b9ga, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

b9ga reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residence at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension or permanent closure of the Account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals arising from undisclosed ineligibility.

4 Account Registration

Each Player may register one Account only. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or shared Accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. b9ga reserves the right to suspend all associated Accounts and void any balances or winnings generated across duplicate Accounts.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
• Keep your Account credentials, including your password, strictly confidential. b9ga will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any channel other than the secure login interface at b9ga.app.
• Notify b9ga immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Update your Account details promptly whenever any registered information changes.

b9ga accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player failed to keep their credentials secure or failed to report suspicious activity in a timely manner.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on b9ga are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). b9ga supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, debit cards, and credit cards.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The current minimum for each method is displayed on the deposit page within your Account.
• Deposits are generally credited to your b9ga Account within minutes of confirmation. b9ga is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing windows, or network outages outside b9ga's control.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will trigger an immediate account review.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–5 business days, subject to successful KYC verification and wagering requirement completion.
• b9ga reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal, including proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals will only be issued to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and protect Player funds.
• b9ga reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits on a per-transaction or per-period basis. Current limits are displayed within the withdrawal section of your Account.
• Any Bonus balance that has not met the applicable Wagering Requirement will be deducted from the withdrawal amount before processing.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

b9ga offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bonuses are credited at b9ga's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• Each bonus is subject to a Wagering Requirement stated on the promotion page. Until the Wagering Requirement is fully satisfied, the bonus amount and any winnings derived from it are not available for withdrawal.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain unwagered at expiry will be forfeited automatically.
• b9ga reserves the right to void bonuses and cancel related winnings if it reasonably suspects abuse, collusion, use of software tools, or exploitation of system errors.
• Only one bonus may be active per Account at any time unless otherwise stated in specific promotional terms.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other Account or person.

7 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on b9ga, including casino games, live dealer tables, slots, and sports betting markets:

• All bets are final once confirmed. b9ga does not accept requests to cancel, modify, or reverse confirmed bets except where an obvious technical error on b9ga's part is demonstrated.
• b9ga reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by match-fixing, corruption, or any other integrity violation as determined by the relevant sports governing body.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game session, b9ga will make reasonable efforts to resolve the outcome based on available game logs. b9ga's decision in such matters is final.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface and may be adjusted by b9ga at any time.
• b9ga does not accept bets from Players who are in possession of insider information or who are otherwise in a position to unfairly influence the outcome of an event.
• For cricket betting specifically — including PSL, international Test matches, and T20 tournaments — b9ga reserves the right to suspend markets at any time before or during an event without explanation.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on b9ga and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with b9ga's platform, games, or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings arising from exploited errors will be void.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to circumvent game rules or bonus terms.
• Attempting to launder money or use b9ga for any transaction connected to illegal activity under Pakistani or international law.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward b9ga staff or other users via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account or b9ga's backend systems without authorisation.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on b9ga — including but not limited to the b9ga logo, trademarks, game graphics, interface designs, text, images, software, and audio — is the exclusive intellectual property of b9ga or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use b9ga's platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from b9ga without express prior written consent.

10 Privacy & Data

b9ga collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using b9ga, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

b9ga implements bank-grade 256-bit SSL encryption across all data transmissions and stores personal data on secure, access-controlled servers. b9ga will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b9ga's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or related to these Terms or the use of b9ga's Services shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

b9ga shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.
• Service interruptions, delays, or failures caused by third-party infrastructure, including internet service providers, payment processors, or CDN providers.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain Account security or comply with these Terms.
• Any action taken by b9ga in good faith pursuant to these Terms, including Account suspension, bet voiding, or withdrawal refusal.

Nothing in these Terms limits b9ga's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Termination

b9ga reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• A Player's voluntary request for self-exclusion or account closure.
• b9ga's decision to withdraw Services from a particular jurisdiction.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in the Account (net of any voidable bonuses or disputed amounts) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which b9ga holds its operating licence. Any disputes not resolved through b9ga's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable licensing authority's jurisdiction.

b9ga's internal complaints process is the first point of contact for any dispute. Players may submit a complaint by contacting support at [email protected]. b9ga commits to acknowledging all complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

14 Amendments

b9ga reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, b9ga will notify registered Players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.

Your continued use of b9ga following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using b9ga and may request Account closure by contacting our support team.
